Distinguishing between two- and three-bond correlations with SEA-XLOC experiment

Based on signal width, the novel SEA-XLOC pulse sequence can routinely distinguish between two- and three-bond heteronuclear correlations of small and medium-sized molecules such as peptides or carbohydrates. The development of the experiment is being carried out in collaboration with Prof. Ole W. Sörensen from Denmark.
